Action Items: Tracking and Closeout

11:00 AM (EST)

May 30, 2023

Generating action items is just the start of correcting the issues that have been identified in your Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), Dust Hazard Analyses (DHAs), audits, equipment inspections, and more. A centralized action item tracking program, especially within the framework of Process Safety Management (PSM), is key to ensuring that recommendations are followed up on, documentation is maintained, and close-out is completed.

What you’ll learn:

  • Potential action item generating processes that should be included in your Action Item Tracking Program
  • Information that should be tracked for each action item
  • Follow up process to keep track of action item status
  • Documentation of action item close out that stands up to review

This webinar is best for:

  • Safety Engineers
  • Process Managers
  • Environmental Health Safety Specialist
  • Risk Engineers
  • Process Engineers
  • EHS Specialists, Managers, Supervisors and Engineers
