Sigma-HSE is pleased to announce that it has achieved ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system. The certification covers the provision of process safety consultancy, laboratory testing, and training services across all industry sectors in the United Kingdom and internationally.
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management. It demonstrates that an organisation consistently meets customer and regulatory requirements, and that it operates a structured framework for continual improvement across its operations.
For Sigma-HSE’s clients, the certification extends a familiar QMS assurance. The company’s Winchester laboratory has long held ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for its dust testing, and more recently for DSC and ARC testing. ISO 9001 now applies that same discipline organisation-wide, across the wider testing, consultancy and training services that sit alongside the ISO17025 accredited tests.
